Welcome all to our Intensive Band Weekend
The purpose of this weekend is to get off to a "kick start" for the new year
6 hours of READING 45 selections that will be performed during the year

FRIDAY EVENING (January 27): Rehearsal from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
followed by a social time.
SATURDAY (January 28): Rehearsal from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon
Lunch 12 noon until 1:00 p.m.
(Bring your own lunch please)
Rehearsal from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this weekend is:
1) To become familiar with the pieces we will play throughout the year
2) Encourage band members as well as visiting musicians
Note that in the event of bad weather, rehearsals may be cancelled. There is no
scheduled “Snow date”
We need to have at least 20 members for each session if it is to take place. If
there are fewer than that, the session will be cancelled.
